By registering and using the Seller App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, completing any required identity or business verification, and keeping your account information up to date.

Sellers may list only legal, genuine, and accurately described products. You are responsible for maintaining inventory, processing and shipping orders on time, providing customer support, and complying with all applicable laws, taxes, and regulations.

The sale of counterfeit, prohibited, illegal, or unsafe products, as well as fraudulent activities, misleading information, fake reviews, or misuse of the platform, is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for any transactions conducted through your seller account and must keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend payouts, or suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Seller App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
